For any lengths not in stock , I.e for wigs that have the Preorder banner -orders have a 12 working day processing time frame and this is excluding shipping times. Processing time is the time used to build your wigs from wefting to wig creation. Our extensions are ethically sourced and crafted by highly skilled artisans and they go through thorough inspection to ensure SBR dolls receive the finest quality .
EMBER MONTH PROCESSING

PLEASE NOTE – 

Timeline for delivery during the ember month season is 10-12 business days & 12- 15 business days for coloured units . Purchasing means youre happy with our delivery time frame which may include potential delays due to the busy season.

If you need your wig urgently, please send us a Whats'app enquiry with your order number and your preferred delivery date & we'll let you know if its possible.

NOTE THAT LIGHTENING CAN AFFECT THE TRUE COLOR OF AN EXTENSION. We will try our possible best to show you the wigs especially the coloured wigs in different lightening but bear in mind that phone and camera screens cannot be relied upon to show the accurate colours.

Hairs from our collections are mostly unprocessed, that means it was colored, curled & styled to achieve a particular look and will need styling as no unprocessed hair come with waves that last forever
